SITE ASSESSMENT

| Depending on
the needs of our clientele, we offer a wide variety of site assessment
services. Our staff has completed numerous Site Characterization
Studies, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies at CERCLA sites
and Contamination Assessments at state Consent Order sites.
Typically, these assessments involve the delineation of free phase and
dissolved phase LNAPL and DNAPL constituents. By conducting
Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I, II, and III ESAs), L.S. Sims
& Associates assists clientele with due diligence activities
related to leases, acquisitions and divestitures of commercial
property.

 The
scope of work for each project is based on the objectives of the
client, the type of transaction, the size of the facility and the
nature of the site operations. Each assessment is conducted in
accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)
standards. Facility Closure Plans are prepared and implemented
for industrial operating units that are being deactivated. The
members of L.S. Sims & Associates are certified by the National
Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP) and Florida
Environmental Assessors Association (FEAA).
